About the role
The position involves performing all coordinated transfers of merchandise and containers within a port, while ensuring the truck remains clean and mechanically sound on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Transfer loaded and empty containers according to schedule.
- Control the condition of merchandise and containers being moved.
- Handle the transport of loose goods.
- Secure and protect cargo during loading and transportation.
- Maintain the truck’s cleanliness and mechanical condition.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a truck with a trailer in a port setting.
- Professional Category E driver’s licence.
- Familiarity with port activities and container handling.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday 07:00‑18:00 and Saturdays 08:00‑12:00.
Required skills
- Category E professional driver’s licence.
- Ability to operate a truck coupled with a trailer.
- Knowledge of port logistics and container handling procedures.
