Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a driven, goal‑oriented professional to support our steady expansion. As a Business Development Officer you will identify growth opportunities, shape market‑penetration strategies and contribute directly to the company’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy.
• Monitor market competition, industry news and product updates, communicating relevant information to target groups.
• Provide high‑level client service, handling enquiries attentively.
• Conduct qualitative analysis of statistics and market data to inform business development decisions.
• Prepare reports, suggest system enhancements and ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Travel within the assigned country for meetings and events, and coach the local team.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and people‑management skills, combined with integrity and business acumen.
