Business Developer

About the role

++hellohello is a design and technology agency that partners with fast‑moving companies in AI, biotech, blockchain and fintech. We are looking for a semi‑senior Business Developer to own the full commercial cycle for inbound opportunities, work closely with senior stakeholders and help shape winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound inquiries, assess fit and timing, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Lead discovery and qualification calls with senior decision‑makers.
• Prepare concise briefs before each call, highlighting context, risks and recommended approaches.
• Support proposal and pitch development together with design and engineering teams.
• Maintain and update case studies, ensuring they showcase the most compelling angles.
• Keep the business development pipeline clean, structured and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor creative and business trends and flag new opportunities for the agency.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in business development, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
• Near‑native English fluency, both written and spoken, with daily interaction in the US market.
• Self‑starter who thrives under deadlines, is highly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong commercial instinct, clear communication and the maturity to represent the agency to senior executives.
