Bulk Operations Support Analyst

About the role

The Bulk Operations Support Analyst monitors, manages, and coordinates logistic operations for bulk shipments of coal and iron ore across multiple regional offices. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth material flows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Trafigura reporting system with data from operations teams.
• Coordinate reporting activities with Operations and Risk Management.
• Handle invoice reconciliation and ensure accuracy.
• Manage material movements in collaboration with warehouses.
• Produce weekly and monthly operational performance reports.

Required profile

• Advanced students or recent graduates in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar logistics or trading role.
• Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using ERP or other system‑management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
