About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in the Libertad area of Montevideo. The role involves supporting the culinary team during the afternoon and evening shift (14:00‑22:00), preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting chefs in delivering high‑quality meals for our Sky Dining and Airport Dining services. GCG is committed to infusing every action with purpose and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
