About the role

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team in the Libertad area of Montevideo. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment supporting our airport and airline catering operations.

Key responsibilities

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
Ensure all equipment and workstations are organized and stocked.
Follow safety and food‑handling procedures at all times.
Work flexible hours, including full weekend shifts.

Required profile

Full‑time availability with the ability to work weekends.
Mobility to travel to the Libertad location.
Passion for gastronomy and willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced team.
