Auxiliar Administrativo(a) Contable

About the role

This position supports the finance team by handling payment processing, bank reconciliations and accounting entries using SAP Business One. The role is based on‑site in the Brazo Oriental area and offers a structured schedule within a company that imports and distributes gastronomic equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter payment receipts from corporate clients into the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Create and post accounting entries and perform reconciliations in SAP Business One.
• Manage cash collection for the company’s technical services.
• Review and reconcile internal accounting accounts within SAP.
• Maintain and organize company documentation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Public Accounting program at an intermediate level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar accounting roles, including payment entry and reconciliations.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Business One is mandatory.
