About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Department Assistant to support our sales team in a fast‑growing company. The role combines administrative tasks, quality checks of marketing materials and coordination of installation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Verify layouts and ensure they meet technical requirements.
• Create and assign installation tasks, monitor their execution.
• Collect and compile photo reports of completed work.

Required profile

• Strong desire to grow, develop and achieve high results.
• Confident computer skills, especially with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear oral and written communication in Russian (and preferably English).
