About the role

Join PwC's Assurance team as an External Audit Assistant supporting a US client. You will work alongside engagement teams to provide advice on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business issues while developing strong professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by providing expert advice on accounting and reporting standards.
• Assist in resolving complex audit issues and evaluating the impact of new standards.
• Facilitate accurate and timely exchange of information between consultants, teams and clients.
• Provide constructive, in‑the‑moment feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly while following risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant standards and PwC’s global network.
• Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats and uphold the firm’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Currently studying Public Accounting with at least 70% of the program completed.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• No prior work experience required.
