About the role

We are looking for a newly graduated architect to join our growing team and support the full lifecycle of real‑estate projects. You will work closely with the Technical Office, contribute to design documentation, and help monitor construction progress.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and tracking of real‑estate projects at all stages.
• Support the Technical Office by preparing documentation, preliminary designs, plans, budgets, and presentations.
• Monitor construction sites, accompany execution, and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Track project schedules, progress, and resource needs.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide information for decision‑making.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, offering a transversal perspective aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Architecture.
• Experience or exposure to real‑estate development, technical offices, architecture studios, or construction firms is valued.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Proficient use of AutoCAD.
• User‑level competence in Excel.
