ARM VIP Team Leader – Fixed Term (Maternity Leave)

About the role

Entain is seeking a Fixed‑Term VIP Team Leader to manage its ARM VIP team in Uruguay while covering a maternity leave period. The role focuses on delivering premium, personalized service to high‑value Brazilian players and aligning VIP initiatives with the company’s broader business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of VIP Executives serving the Brazilian market.
• Ensure exceptional service, player satisfaction, retention, and revenue protection.
• Develop and implement data‑driven strategies to optimise VIP programmes.
• Act as the primary liaison between senior management and the VIP team.
• Monitor inbound and outbound contacts to maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of VIP account management experience in online gaming or a similar customer‑focused industry (desirable).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high‑performing teams in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to shape strategy.
• Fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Commercially minded with a focus on business results.
