Analyst, Program Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Analyst, Program Operations to support the execution and financial oversight of our working‑capital programs. The role will ensure accurate transaction processing, monitor program performance and act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and financial activities for assigned programs, including transaction validation, reconciliation and exception handling.
• Monitor operational flows to ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal guidelines.
• Perform regular reconciliations across program data, transaction records and system outputs, investigating any discrepancies.
• Identify, assess and escalate risks, highlighting unusual trends or potential exposures.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports on program performance, volumes and financial metrics, providing data‑driven insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program‑related queries, coordinating actions with legal, finance, capital markets and technology teams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for system changes and support data‑integrity controls.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, financial operations or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as reconciliation, controls and transaction flows.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with reconciliation and data validation.
• Ability to generate and validate financial reports.
