About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Foreign Trade Analyst to join a leading retail and consumer‑goods company. The role involves managing end‑to‑end import and transit operations, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and transit operations, including maritime, land and air shipments and triangulations.
• Prepare and manage all documentation related to import and transit processes.
• Strategically analyze orders, monitor deliveries and consolidations, identify deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Enter purchase orders and invoices into the ERP system.
• Work closely with international suppliers, customs brokers and forwarders to ensure smooth operations.
• Track performance indicators related to delivery times and operational compliance.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in Foreign Trade, International Business or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs operations, bonded warehouses and coordination with brokers/forwarders.
• Strong analytical, methodical and team‑oriented mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office and management software tools.
• Knowledge of international trade documentation, Incoterms, Mercosur nomenclature, tariff classification and import cost calculation.
