Analista Finance & Performance

About the role

As a Finance & Performance Analyst at Deloitte, you will work directly with leading organizations across Latin America, helping them achieve their business objectives through data‑driven insights and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and key pain points to propose effective solutions.
• Collect and analyse information from interviews, surveys, public sources and client‑provided data.
• Develop deliverables, present results to clients and integrate professional service proposals.
• Support the innovation of processes and the implementation of complex solutions.
• Collaborate in a multicultural, dynamic environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in project management, data analysis, accounting or finance (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setting.
• Strong analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability and results orientation.
