About the role

We are looking for a Collections Strategy Analyst to join our Credit Risk team at Paigo, a fully digital fintech focused on inclusive finance. The analyst will use data‑driven insights to improve our collection processes and customer acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analyses and improvement proposals for client acquisition and collection strategies.
• Monitor and redesign automated messaging channels for collection management.
• Provide actionable insights for new management methodologies.
• Extract, process, and analyze diverse data sources to maintain and enhance databases.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support other teams.
• Propose innovative ideas to keep the company at the forefront of fintech.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or advanced student in the field.
• Proven experience in similar analytical roles.
• Strong ability to work with data to support business decisions.

Required skills

• SQL
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Python with libraries like pandas and scikit‑learn
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analytical work
