Analista de Cumplimiento Junior

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to monitor operational performance of compliance processes and track key indicators, with a focus on client risk analysis and deviation identification.

Key responsibilities

• Review, update and clean client information, cross‑checking it against the risk matrix using internal systems.
• Analyze and monitor clients based on risk factors such as geographic zone, PEP status, transaction volume, seniority, product and channel.
• Maintain and update dashboards that track compliance indicators and metrics, ensuring data quality and traceability.
• Monitor main compliance KPIs, detect deviations or relevant situations and report them promptly to the Compliance Officer.
• Follow up on risks and possible deviations linked to compliance projects or processes.
• Contact clients to request and validate necessary information and documentation, keeping their files complete and up‑to‑date.
• Support the execution and monitoring of controls and procedures related to risk management and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Students of Law, Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Up to 1 year of experience in administrative, analytical or back‑office roles (preferred).
• Analytical, organized and detail‑oriented mindset with interest in data analysis and control monitoring.
• Ability to handle sensitive information, detect inconsistencies and rigorously follow processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
