About the role

We are looking for an analytical Accounting Analyst to join our Accounting Department at the San José branch. The successful candidate will play a key role in inventory accounting, ensuring accurate records and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and control inventory movements.
• Perform reconciliations between physical stock, the management system, and accounting records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate tasks with Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong ability to analyze large data sets and detect variances.
