AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

Jelou is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy conversational AI agents that automate operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable business results for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI agents to automate customer service, operational workflows, and revenue‑generating processes.
• Gather and translate client business objectives, operational flows, and technical requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Configure prompts, conversational flows, business rules, and knowledge bases to optimise agent performance.
• Build integrations with APIs, CRMs, ERPs, internal systems, and other platforms required for use‑case implementation.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions and collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prototype, test, and deploy AI solutions ensuring quality, reliability and scalability.
• Monitor agent performance post‑deployment, identify optimisation opportunities, and document architectures and configurations.
• Collect client and user feedback to continuously improve agents and the platform.

Required profile

• Technical owner of AI solution implementations for assigned accounts.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear conversational architectures and technical specifications.
• Ensures solutions meet quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Resolves technical issues during discovery, development, testing, and production phases.
• Collaborates with product and engineering to communicate recurring needs and platform improvement opportunities.
• Defines and monitors performance metrics such as resolution rate, accuracy, conversion and user satisfaction.
• Contributes to reusable patterns, components and best‑practice documentation.
