Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) – Remote

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an Agentic Software Engineer who will work remotely across Latin America. You will join a client’s development team and use GitHub Copilot as the primary coding assistant to deliver AI‑augmented, production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly with client designers and engineers on daily tasks.
• Use GitHub Copilot to generate and coordinate code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• Design and iterate AI‑first development workflows from specification to deployment.
• Perform disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews, especially for high‑impact or safety‑critical features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with full‑stack architectures.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and commitment to client goals.
