Agentic Python Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Python Engineer to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing development projects.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to implement features and fix bugs.
• Leverage AI engineering tools to accelerate code generation and review.
• Orchestrate, validate, and integrate AI‑generated code into larger systems.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently 40 hours per week.

Required skills

• Python programming language.
• Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI).
• Experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology.
