About the role
Travel + Leisure Co. (RCI) is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its call‑center team. You will help members plan their dream vacations while earning unlimited commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and provide personalized travel advice to each client.
- Close sales using persuasive and negotiation techniques.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients without the need for prospecting.
- Deliver exceptional service by answering questions, handling suggestions and resolving complaints.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a call‑center environment (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude, result‑driven mindset, punctual and responsible.
- Availability to work on‑site in Zonamerica.
- Training or experience in tourism is a plus but not mandatory.
