Accounting Operations Analyst

About the role

The Accounting Operations Analyst is responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, managing payments for cargo movements and related services, and ensuring accurate accounting entries. The role supports tax, audit and payment processes while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment queries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive purchase invoices from counterparties, validate, control and book them in the system linked to the corresponding transaction.
• Execute accounting controls, maintain supporting evidence and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Manage daily communication with external counterparties regarding invoicing and payment matters.
• Prepare and maintain accounting registrations and support the preparation of financial reports.
• Collaborate with Management, Treasury, Operations, Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely document processing.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Accounting or Administration.
• Experience or interest in accounts payable settlement.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, organize work volume and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
