Website Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Cloudbeds is seeking a Website Onboarding Specialist to join its Professional Services team. In this remote position you will help hospitality clients launch high‑quality, branded websites using the company’s in‑house website builder, turning the motto “more reservations, happier guests” into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design professional hospitality websites through a consultative approach.
• Manage onboarding projects and service‑delivery timelines for multiple customer accounts.
• Maintain task‑management records and ensure accurate documentation of website services.
• Communicate with diverse customer profiles via video calls, email, and voice calls.
• Scope website service requests, investigate errors, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate internal escalations and provide status updates to resolve customer concerns.
• Publish quality websites efficiently by following internal procedures and collaborating with a design team.
• Create visual elements that align with each client’s branding using graphic design tools.
• Research and develop content quickly to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple deadline‑driven projects.
• Resourceful, able to research and develop website content rapidly.
• Up‑to‑date with current website trends and development techniques.

Required skills
