Warehouse & Logistics Associate II

About the role

Integer is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate II to support accurate inventory management, outbound shipments, and daily warehouse operations. The role works closely with production and supply‑chain teams to ensure materials, tooling, and supplies are available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, support audits and cycle counts.
• Prepare outbound shipments and complete required documentation.
• Assist with packaging, assembly, and inspection tasks.
• Track inventory and material identifiers to aid operations planning.
• Participate in purchasing activities and coordinate material deliveries.
• Prepare components, tooling, and documentation for production release.
• Return excess materials, components, and tooling to inventory promptly.
• Identify and resolve routine problems, escalating when necessary.
• Support small process‑improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment; regulated‑industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license if required to operate a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lb and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified).
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Strong computer skills.
