VIP Team Leader – Fixed Term (Maternity Leave)

About the role

Entain’s Uruguay office is seeking a Fixed‑Term VIP Team Leader to cover a maternity leave. The role will lead the ARM VIP team responsible for high‑value Brazilian market players, ensuring they receive a personalised, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management and performance of the VIP Executives Management team for the Brazilian market.
• Ensure high‑value players receive exceptional, personalised service to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Lead the team in implementing strategies that protect and grow business revenue from VIP players.
• Track inbound and outbound contacts, maintaining excellent quality levels for the dedicated VIP customer service team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience managing high‑value VIPs in online gaming or a similar customer‑focused industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high‑performing teams in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and optimise VIP programmes.
• Skilled in using CRM systems and segmentation strategies for tailored VIP account management.
• Fluent/native Portuguese (C2) and advanced English (C1), with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
