Ticketing and Fulfillment Support Specialist

About the role

The Ticketing and Fulfillment Support Specialist provides end‑to‑end assistance to independent travel agents, ensuring accurate booking, ticketing and exchange processes while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support agents in creating, managing and ticketing PNRs, including pricing records and exchanges.
• Provide fulfillment assistance via phone, email and fax.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline routes, regulations and industry requirements.
• Validate commissions, collect missed commissions and coordinate with Revenue Management.
• Perform quality control on reservations, coach agents and address recurrent errors.
• Review debit memos, ensure ARC compliance and act as liaison with the online booking tool vendor.
• Prioritize multiple bookings, schedule changes and exchanges.
• Serve as point of contact for Canada and US teams and suggest team schedules based on workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Sabre GDS (domestic and international).
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and deliver error‑free results.
• Previous travel‑agency experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.
