Territory Manager – Uruguay

About the role

Halter is looking for its first Territory Manager in Uruguay to drive growth of its livestock‑monitoring technology. You will act as the on‑the‑ground representative, building relationships with beef producers and ensuring they achieve long‑term success with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new beef farms across Uruguay.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, focusing on post‑sale value creation and upselling.
• Gather field insights and relay them to product, support and regional sales teams.
• Travel frequently throughout the territory to meet customers, conduct demos and provide on‑site support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align customer needs with Halter’s technology roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in value‑based sales and customer success, with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of beef operations or a deep passion for learning the industry quickly.
• Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure and able to own results.
• Excellent critical‑thinking skills to balance sales growth with customer satisfaction across a large territory.
