Technical Product Support Analyst I

About the role

Join Sabre’s global Agency Technical Support team as a Technical Product Support Analyst I. You will provide first‑level technical assistance for key travel‑industry applications, helping internal teams and external agency partners resolve issues quickly and keep their operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality technical support via phone, email and web cases for Sabre Store, Hotel Booker and related agency applications.
• Track, document and escalate unresolved problems to Product Marketing and Technology teams.
• Monitor incoming contacts to spot recurring technical trends and feed actionable insights back to internal departments.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and automation to streamline case logging, analyze patterns and accelerate response times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in frontline technical product support, GDS platforms, airline IT or hotel reservation systems.
• Proven ability to analyze technical issues under pressure and deliver clear solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone and email.
• Demonstrated history of effective cross‑functional collaboration and proactive teamwork.
