Technical Product Specialist I – Pricing & Revenue Management

About the role

Sabre is looking for a Technical Product Specialist I to join its global Offers, Pricing and Revenue Management team. You will support airline and agency customers worldwide by troubleshooting complex fare, pricing and shopping issues, safeguarding the Sabre Fare Guarantee Policy, and helping deliver high‑impact software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex air‑fare, pricing and shopping issues in real‑time and test environments.
• Research Agency Debit Memos to protect Sabre’s Fare Guarantee commitments.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to test new functionality and support deployment planning.
• Prioritize system fixes based on financial impact and platform usability.
• Leverage AI‑enabled diagnostics and automated workflows to accelerate issue resolution and improve accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel technology, airline IT, or GDS environments.
• Practical knowledge of air‑fares, pricing, APIs, and ATPCO data structures.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver clear diagnostic recommendations with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities.
• Experience using generative AI, automation, or analytics tools to streamline diagnostic workflows.
