Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the integrity of BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits across calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Verify adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document findings with precision and propose improvements to audit frameworks and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance against standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
