Talent Quality Auditor – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across all Talent Acquisition interactions. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow documents, comparing them against defined scorecards and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails and workflows.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate performance against defined standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
