Store Manager – Rusty, Dixie, Polanco

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our flagship locations that carries the Rusty, Dixie and Polanco brands. The role combines daily store operations, team leadership and commercial analysis to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the store, including staff management, sales performance, cash handling and inventory control.
• Ensure every customer receives an excellent shopping experience.
• Develop growth proposals by analysing key indicators such as sales, units per transaction, average ticket and conversion rates.
• Recruit, train and develop sales associates and cashiers.
• Act as the liaison between the store and corporate headquarters, communicating initiatives and feedback.

Required profile

• Broad commercial vision with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and commercial analysis skills.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a team‑coordination role.
• Affinity for fashion trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
