Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end vetting and placement of IT talent for its global client base. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with sales, client services, and talent acquisition teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage the pool of vetted candidates to match IT business opportunities.
• Conduct full‑cycle candidate assessment, selection, preparation, and presentation to clients.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and aligned with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client services, and sales to guarantee timely staffing and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Business‑process orientation with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Advanced English proficiency with clear, eloquent communication.
