Service Advisor

About the role

Tesla is looking for a Service Advisor who will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service centers. You will combine strong customer‑service skills with a growing technical knowledge of electric‑vehicle maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, taking ownership of service visits, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assess technical issues, explain service needs in clear language, and offer solutions over the phone when possible.
• Communicate accurately with technicians and document service details in the Dealer Management System.
• Conduct transactions, guide customers through repairs, and summarize work performed.
• Manage multiple appointments, keep organized records, provide status updates, and ensure thorough follow‑up.
• Build trust with customers through empathetic service and resolve complex issues with patience.

Required profile

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills to convey estimates, status updates, and technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate with the service team.
• Patience, empathy, and superior time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
