Senior React Native Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consultancy with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Senior React Native Developer. You will lead the development of sophisticated mobile applications, oversee project development, mentor junior developers and adopt the latest mobile technologies to deliver high-quality, efficient and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of sophisticated React Native applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers, promoting technical excellence and innovation.
• Make strategic decisions on mobile app architecture, performance optimization and technical challenges in React Native.
• Champion best practices such as code reviews, testing and continuous integration.
• Explore and integrate new React Native technologies and frameworks into software projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design and deliver new features and functionalities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with React Native.
• Strong understanding of best practices such as SOLID and clean code, focused on scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing and maintaining high code coverage.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions and choose the best approach for each use case.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and advanced level of English.
