Senior Project Manager

About the role

Blend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic AI‑focused initiatives from concept through delivery. The role demands a proactive owner‑mindset, rapid execution, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, milestones, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate rapid experimentation, help teams test, learn and iterate quickly.
• Identify risks, remove blockers and drive projects forward with urgency.
• Lead recurring project meetings, status updates and governance activities.
• Continuously improve delivery processes using AI‑powered tools, coding assistants and automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional technology or digital projects.
• Strong foundation in traditional project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Ability to independently own initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Bias toward action and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
