Senior Media Analytics & Insights Analyst

About the role

Blend is seeking a senior professional to lead media analytics and insights across paid social, programmatic, display, video, connected TV and other digital and offline channels. The role combines hands‑on data analysis with strategic recommendations to optimise campaign performance and drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor performance of digital media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop recurring and ad‑hoc reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Support the creation of measurement frameworks, KPI structures and performance analyses.
• Partner with media, marketing and analytics teams to answer business questions.
• Use SQL and Python for data preparation, automation and insight generation.
• Assist with test‑and‑learn initiatives, hypothesis development and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to audience analysis, campaign measurement and performance reporting.
• Incorporate insights from Marketing Mix Models, attribution frameworks and other measurement approaches.

Required profile

• Strong experience analysing campaign performance across multiple digital media channels.
• Solid understanding of media metrics, campaign structures, optimisation levers and reporting methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify trends, diagnose performance drivers and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience building reports, dashboards and performance analyses that support business decisions.
