Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python/React)

About the role

Qubika designs, develops and deploys custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology. It is looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer (Python + Vue/React) to join its team.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing applications with Python.
• Proven ability to work across the full stack, from frontend development to backend services and systems.
• Strong ability to work independently, move quickly and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• A builder mindset focused on shipping high-quality, customer-facing solutions.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Vue, TypeScript, React and JavaScript
• Cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
• PostgreSQL and AWS RDS
• Kubernetes and EKS
• Familiarity with Redis and caching solutions
• C#/.NET is a plus; experience with agentic AI is a plus but not required
