About the role

As a Senior Data Quality Engineer you will own the automation of data quality frameworks within a lakehouse environment, ensuring trust and precision across enterprise data assets. You will act as a key custodian of reliability, guaranteeing that data products meet strict completeness SLAs and remain resilient to schema changes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated data quality validation frameworks across pipelines and data products.
• Develop robust mechanisms for schema drift detection to capture format variations dynamically.
• Establish and enforce data completeness SLAs to guarantee high‑integrity data availability.
• Build automated regression testing suites tailored to lakehouse architectures.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify, isolate, and resolve structural data defects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Quality, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in data quality automation within Databricks lakehouse environments.
• Hands‑on experience implementing automated validation, regression testing, and completeness SLAs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
