Senior Client Partner – Pinterest Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead the commercial launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay. As the first partner on the ground, you will build the business from scratch, introducing the platform to the market and driving advertiser adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay, creating awareness and demand.
• Prospect, prioritize, outreach and close new advertisers and agencies.
• Educate clients on Pinterest formats, performance potential and best practices.
• Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers at agencies and direct brands.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimise strategies and exceed KPIs such as sales growth, client retention and platform adoption.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media or marketing.
• Existing relationships with marketing decision‑makers in Uruguay (experience in Paraguay is a plus).
• Proven ability to hunt new business and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (performance, display, video, native, programmatic).
• Organised, data‑driven and comfortable working in a build‑from‑scratch environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
