Senior Business Analyst (System Integration)

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst – System Integration will drive the successful connection of critical business systems. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring middleware solutions meet functional requirements and operate reliably across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end business processes, identify bottlenecks and failure points.
• Review source and target system documentation, including user manuals and API specifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs to produce detailed field‑level mappings between systems.
• Design middleware logic with technical teams to preserve data integrity and business flow.
• Provide clarifications to developers throughout implementation.
• Create and execute SIT and UAT test cases, validate integration outcomes.
• Produce comprehensive documentation covering integration design, mappings, logic and testing.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and knowledge‑transfer sessions among IT, developers and business SMEs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on system integration.
• Proven ability to work with API specifications, data mappings and middleware design.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
