Salesforce Industries Consultant (Veeva/Life Sciences) - Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Salesforce Industries Consultant with a Veeva or life sciences background to lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations. The role combines deep industry knowledge with platform engineering, translating life sciences business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud delivery, using Veeva or life sciences knowledge to turn domain processes into platform solutions.
• Design integrations with external life sciences and enterprise systems via APIs.
• Apply industry knowledge to technical design, security practices and governance decisions.
• Partner with business and engineering stakeholders so implementations are scalable and maintainable.
• Guide and mentor team members while driving delivery independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or development, with a Veeva or life sciences background.
• Solid expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Background integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows and OmniStudio.
• Nice to have: MuleSoft or AWS integrations, exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industries), and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
