About the role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join Tecspal’s growing sales team. In this hybrid role, you will help expand our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers across Uruguay and Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media.
- Communicate Tecspal’s value propositions clearly and assess prospect needs for fit.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet outreach activity KPIs.
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development.
- Share insights with sales and marketing to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an SDR or in a sales role.
- Comfortable with cold calling and persuasive negotiation.
- Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking and strategic mindset.
- Resilient attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
