Ruby on Rails Developer – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking experienced Ruby on Rails developers to join a multicultural, distributed team. You will work on a variety of web and mobile projects, delivering high‑quality user experiences for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process.
• Plan, process, and perform tasks efficiently without supervision.
• Maintain consistency throughout the product and codebase.
• Document code and provide technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced level of English.
