Revenue Manager – Short-Term Rental & Boutique Hotels

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to own pricing and distribution for a fast‑scaling hospitality platform that blends boutique hotels with short‑term rentals. You will drive day‑to‑day revenue execution while shaping longer‑term strategy across multiple U.S. markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for hotels and short‑term rental properties.
• Manage rates, availability, and distribution on major OTA channels.
• Analyze demand trends, competitor behavior, and market dynamics to adjust pricing proactively.
• Optimize performance on Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and VRBO.
• Monitor and improve ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and pacing metrics.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on revenue strategy, promotions, and high‑demand events.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to systems, tools, and pricing models as the business scales.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Experience with boutique hotels and/or short‑term rentals is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, and booking window metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with OTA and distribution channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Comfortable operating both strategic and tactical aspects of revenue management.
