Remote Video Content Executive

About the role

Koin Limited is seeking a Remote Video Content Executive to join its fast‑growing international marketing team. You will create and edit short‑form video assets for paid media, organic social, and brand storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro, producing short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and performance ads for Meta and Google.
• Create product highlight reels, branded lifestyle videos and promotional/educational clips for web and social use.
• Enhance raw footage with color grading, transitions, audio syncing and simple motion graphics.
• Source and integrate B‑roll, stock video and UGC‑style material where needed.
• Collaborate with senior content, marketing and creative teams to ensure videos match brand tone and campaign goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with video and social media trends and apply platform‑optimized techniques.
• Use Adobe After Effects for basic animations, text overlays and kinetic motion design.
• Contribute ideas for new formats, series and storytelling approaches.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on content with precision.
• Explore emerging AI tools to accelerate editing and motion design at scale.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in video editing or digital content production (agency or D2C brand preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑impact social and ad video content.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and comfort in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced proficiency).
• Adobe After Effects (working knowledge for motion graphics).
• Video editing, color grading and audio syncing.
