Regional Sales Manager – LATAM South (Genomics & NGS)

About the role

The company is an international provider of advanced genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and molecular biology services. As part of its expansion in Latin America, it seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and other South‑American markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand market share in universities, research institutes, government agencies, biotech and pharma companies, and clinical labs.
• Promote a portfolio that includes genomics, sequencing, transcriptomics, proteomics and molecular biology services.
• Manage strategic accounts, identify commercial opportunities and build relationships with principal investigators, lab directors and purchasing departments.
• Coordinate international shipment of biological samples, guiding customers through customs, export documentation and cold‑chain logistics.
• Maintain CRM data, sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience selling NGS products, genomics services or related life‑science solutions.
• Proven commercial experience in the Brazilian and/or Argentine genomics market.
• Native or bilingual Portuguese (for Brazil) or Spanish (for Argentina, Colombia or other LATAM markets) and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South America.
