BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives across a global client base. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a diverse team of top‑tier tech professionals and contribute to staffing strategies for high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing staffing strategies for open positions.
• Collect and clarify profile requirements and job specifications.
• Partner with recruiters to source and evaluate potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify and recommend improvements to recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
