Project Manager – Growth

About the role

Fenicio is looking for a passionate Project Manager to lead its Growth team in the eCommerce space. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines and priorities, and act as the main liaison between internal specialists and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end tasks of the Growth team, defining processes, schedules and internal assignments per client needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for external clients, conducting regular status meetings and gathering new requirements.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal work plans, prioritising the task pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical and account roles within Growth to align priorities and ensure delivery against timelines.
• Monitor progress, key performance indicators and goal attainment, escalating deviations and proposing tactical adjustments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date management documentation, including reports, schedules and meeting minutes.
• Identify and manage risks, driving corrective and preventive actions for successful implementation.
• Detect new opportunities arising during execution and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating projects, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, advertising agencies, product or software environments.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with experience handling corporate clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
