Programmatic Campaign Manager – Ad Operations

About the role

Kidoz is looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to drive the delivery of high‑quality ad‑tech products. You will coordinate engineering, QA, product and design teams to keep releases on schedule while ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and drive software releases from requirements through QA to production.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, producers and QA to align scope, timelines and priorities.
• Own project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk tracking and progress reporting.
• Run daily stand‑ups, planning sessions and delivery check‑ins.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase delivery speed and quality.
• Ensure workflows meet COPPA and GDPR privacy requirements.
• Monitor project KPIs, provide visibility into blockers and timelines, and lead retrospectives.
• Deliver operational projects on time and with high quality, holding owners accountable for milestones.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience in a software development environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, QA and product teams.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and clear stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms is a plus.
